Delete your Keystone account

Open Settings → Delete account in the Keystone phone app. Verify your current password and confirm your request. You can check its status in the same screen; no email or phone call is required.

If you cannot sign in, contact support using your registered phone number. Do not send your password, SMS code or private documents. Account deletion may take up to 30 days. Your in-app request shows its expected completion date; you receive confirmation after deletion is complete.

Deletion removes your account and associated private records, subject to shared-home ownership, service obligations and records that must be retained for security or legal reasons. Support will explain any retained records and their applicable retention when handling your request. Public posts and shared home records may require separate review because they can affect other people.
